Every Stonete is created through a unique three-step journey. To ensure clarity and peace of mind, this Shipping Policy explains how each shipment works — from the moment you order your kit until the handcrafted jewel arrives at your home.
STONETES offers three-way shipping, meaning the process includes:

1. Shipping the Touch Kit to You

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and ship your touch kit within 2–4 business days.

Kits are shipped with a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery times vary by destination:

Spain: 2–5 business days

Europe: 4–10 business days

International: 7–20 business days

Shipping of the kit is free for all orders.
2. Returning Your Wax Impressions (Prepaid Label)

Every kit includes a prepaid return label for sending your wax impressions back to our family atelier in Barcelona.

You must return your waxes within 2 months of the purchase date to ensure production timelines and material availability.

Simply place your impressions in the protective packaging included in the kit, attach the label, and drop it off at the indicated courier point.

The return shipment is also free of charge.
3. Shipping Your Final Stonete (Jewellery Delivery)

Once your impressions arrive at our atelier, crafting your Stonete begins.

Production typically takes 3–4 weeks, depending on workshop volume and the complexity of the impression.

When your jewel is ready, we ship it to you using a tracked and insured courier service.

Customs & Taxes (International Orders)

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

All shipments include tracking.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at hi@stonetes.com and we will assist you.

If your kit or final jewel arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can provide a solution.
